4.Equipped with aerosol generator (including 250ml liquid paraffin). The test smoke is light paraffin. The smoke particle diameter is from 0.5umto 1.0um. The distribution, size, structure and optical feature of smoke particle is reproducible and stable.
5.Equipped with optical densitometer: light wavelength: 880nm - 950nm;
6.Online calibration: transport smoke sensor to smoke calibration station with conveyor belt, and take it manually into the test station. After calibration, manually put it back to the conveyor belt.
7.Smoke generation device: aerosol generator which can automatically identify and adjust concentration.
8.Sampling of smoke in calibration box: optical densitometer and scatterer are used to monitor the concentration in the calibration box.
9.Calibration number: two test positions at two sides. One for use and another for backup. One calibration position can hold two products.
10.Calibration pace: 4pcs/10s for each side. The calibration time of the alarm doesn’t exceed 2 seconds. The efficiency is 10,000 / 8 hours.
