● Calibration Method: The product is transferred from the assembly station to the smoke calibration station via a belt conveyor. It is manually picked and placed into the test position online. ● Smoke Generation Device: An aerosol generator is used,which automatically recognizes and adjusts the concentration.
● Smoke Sampling in Calibration Chamber: An optical densitometer and a scatterer are used to monitor the smoke concentration inside the chamber.
● Number of Calibration Positions: Two calibration positions on each side (one active and one standby), used alternately. Each calibration position accommodates three products.
● Calibration Cycle: 4 units per side per 10 seconds. The calibration time for the alarm itself shall not exceed 2 seconds.
The throughput is 10,000 units per day based on an 8-hour shift. A communication protocol shall be provided for the user to develop the calibration software.
